Service is non existent.
Friday afternoon - 3:00 pm Location is just off of the interstate, this could be a great spot for weekend travelers.
When I arrived at the speaker, I was immediately told, “It will be a little while before I get to you.” No apology or request that I wait to order, which is not just basic customer service, but common courtesy. Even though this wasn’t the first time I’d been “greeted” so rudely, I let it go and just replied “okay.”
When the person returned to the speaker, I placed my order, which included a medium cup of coffee. I was told they didn’t have any. I asked if they could make more to which the person replied that they wouldn’t make anymore coffee today. Again, this is a Friday afternoon and the location is just off of the interstate. Maybe you don’t sell the rest of the pot. Coffee isn’t that expensive. But even more important don’t be rude when you aren’t able to meet a basic customer expectation. Had it been explained, “I’m sorry, the machine we have only allows us to make coffee in 6-gallon batches so we aren’t able to make just one pot. Would you like a Coke instead?” I would have laughed, finished my order and requested a Dr. Pepper instead because Coke is gross. Instead I went to McDonald’s who was more than happy to fulfill my order.
I like the food at Burger King better than McDonalds. I do not like the food at Burger King more than I like being treated like a person.

I ordered online got the $5 duo (and several other items) both dbl bcn chs brgrs one with NO pickles, mustard, ketchup. ADD lettuce and mayo. The burger had all the stuff I didn't want and no mayo or lettuce. So I went back through, and told her, she asked if it for Tiffany I said no Bethany and she walked away for almost 5 min!! I assumed she was remaking the burger.Then she comes back to the window to tell me that she can't find my order for tiffany, I again told her bethany , then she goes Back for another minute or two ( and i could hear hear talking shit )she dug the receipt from the trash and comes to the window , arguing that it said No pickles mustard ketchup. I said EXACTLY what i'm trying to tell you in the sandwich has all three and she Argues that I Told her mayo and lettuce and that's not on the receipt. Then she got an attitude with me when I said OK well I ordered online so it may have not added it. She Made me pull around to the other side and came out with an attitude. Read moreLast year I tried going to bk and they were rude as could be, didn’t have anything I ordered -strange, considering I just wanted a rodeo burger and a hersheys pie- but the attitude of the people standing around not doing anything was just so audacious I can’t even understand why you would feel so entitled that you’d be upset at someone coming thru the drive Thru and placing an order. However, I never got my dang rodeo burger and pie and I used to love bk like it’s my guilty pleasure.. I’m going to attempt to go back. After a year, maybe the people working aren’t as bad. That’s how bad they were- I didn’t go back to my fav place to grab something quick for an entire year. Fingers crossed.. will update, haha if anyone cares.. also, if you read thru some of the other reviews, my hopes are not up.. seems to me that no one drives off in a good mood or satisfied with the service or their order.. trying to remain positive and hopeful.. I know it’s just fast food but when you crave something.. it’s worth trying for but not worth being treated like trash for. So we’ll see...
