Now, it is a quaint "arts district" with a coffee shop, Cafe, barber and hair salons, glass blower, custom framer, puppet shop, a hidden upscale wedding venue, and galleries Nice for walking and window shopping. Happened upon a fun little off-season art exhibit of mixed media; which made it worth the stop to explore this old part of town. I think there is much more happening in the Fall. I was told the Arts Center is technically closed in summer to host kids' programs.
