I recently worked with Ezra on a custom fantasy dress, and overall, it was a great experience! Ezra was very collaborative throughout the process, making sure to work with my budget while still achieving the aesthetic I was going for. The design itself turned out beautiful, and the dress has such a magical feel that really aligns with the fantasy theme I was envisioning.

However, there were a few challenges along the way. There were some time management issues on their side, and as a result, I noticed a couple of minor quality issues with the dress when I needed it. That being said, Ezra was very responsive and made things right by quickly addressing the issues and offering a discount for the inconvenience.

In the end, I’m really happy with how my dress turned out, and I appreciate Ezra’s commitment to ensuring my satisfaction. Their work is truly unique and well-crafted, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for custom fantasy clothing. I’m definitely looking forward to working with them again...
