Pappys Den — Restaurant in Independence

I came here because of the signage off the road in Independence on the way to the courthouse. Pappy's is a hometown, locally owned pub. The owners, Todd and Candy, are super welcoming and friendly. Billiards tournaments, seasonal parties, or weddings can be held at Pappy's. I'm so glad I stopped here. The regulars are friendly as can be. Nice local non-corporate establishment, Kimmy is absolutely amazing bartender, she's basically the only one I will give up one or two of my drinking days every week, if you come here, just call and make sure she's working first, she's an excellent bartender that knows how to actually take of people
