I have always loved my Orchelins store! I won't let one bad experience influence my shopping as long as I'm not treated this way again. It concerned a refund. The clerk was new very nice and friendly! But ...had to call a manager for the refund. It was a scissor jack in the original box never used in excellent condition WITH a receipt in the last week or so. You would have thought I stole it! He said at least twice he would have to put it back on my card. I asked even if I paid cash? "No you paid with a card see the number?". I said that is my rewards number see where it says cash? He finally approved my refund. I can't imagine if I did t have a PKG or no receipt. Well yes I can the customer right after me had a brand new not used hose but had taken the card off of it. Wrong sz had the receipt. He turned them down for a refund. I understand hating to loose a sale but think how many sales you could loose. I do have a pair of insoles wrong sz I need to return WITH receipt orig PKG. Waiting to see how it's handled when I go to return. I love your selection and your employees except this instance. Thinking you need to refine your return policy. I don't buy thinking I will need to return but it does happen on occasion. I believe you can check my record of purchase and returns. Thank...

We spend a lot of money here and the service continues to get worse. Tried to purchase a 40 dollar belt and it had a price tag on it showing $40 the cashier says there is no tag and says if I want to buy it I need to find one with a tag. So now not only do I have to pay for it but I have to do her job and go find a belt with a bar code on it for her? I’m at a loss I’m not going to do the work and purchase the item for them. Very rude employees. Went in a couple times, one being in the morning the other at night and each shift was the same, rude and seemed annoyed. Never once was greeted and the cashier's were even worse. One seemed to all of a sudden "cheer up" when his managers walked up to do something on the other register but even with that the managers themselves weren't the friendliest. Two times is all I needed to decide I will never give tractor supply my business again. After seeing some of the other reviews I can see that this is a regular thing.
