This is hands down the best auto body shop I have ever worked with. Charles and his team are amazing. Not only do they have superb craftsmanship, their service and just plain kindness are beyond compare. Our brand new car suffered damage from a major hit and run. It was a week before we were scheduled to leave town, plus we had a newborn baby. Charles was incredibly understanding. Our insurance company estimated the job would take nine business days. Charles and his team beat that by a lot - to make sure we could keep our travel plans. They coordinated with all of the suppliers to ensure we had the necessary parts, then they worked with our insurance company after finding additional damage not seen in the photos (which did not even set them back in the schedule), and they communicated with us on the status the entire time. Their drivers even came to pick up and drop off our car! Even the little things did not go unnoticed, like making sure our drop off was scheduled first so that it didn’t get too late with the baby’s schedule. On 6/30/20 I had the misfortune of my car battery dying, while my car was parked in my garage. With no one in sight, and not wanting to bother anyone, I happened upon Charles County Auto Body on google search. Despite the fact that I live in Fort Washington, I called. Mr. Bob answered and was happy to help, and assured me his tow truck guy would come out to jump my car promptly. The driver was called away on another call which took priority, which I totally understood. As a result, Mr. Bob came out with a jump box and started my car, at NO cost. What started off as a bad morning, turned into a great one!!!
