I’ve had several pieces looked at and worked on by Lisa and she’s excellent. So knowledgeable and skilled - she’s been handling pieces that are precious and irreplaceable family treasures with expert hands. I love when she looks at pieces I have and gives me little details about them, in addition to breaking down the process. Also - her cleaning kits are excellent and her dog is adorable.
