I normally have really good experiences with this place. The last time I went I wanted the ends of my hair dyed red, it was not red, and it took 3 hours. The hair dresser constantly told me "20 more minutes" for 3 hours and it didn't even turn out how I wanted.

Given I did have blue on so I didn't expect it to be perfectly red but it turned out like a greyish purple even after she tried to strip my hair of the color. It lasted about 3 days before fading to a muddy green and the bottom of my hair was absolutely fried, not repairable at all. It looked like tinsel.

I'm not upset that it didn't turn out the right color, I'm upset it took 3 hours, lasted 3 days, and then aboliterated my hair which color has NEVER done before. She had me under the dryer for 2 hours absolutely frying my hair and repeatedly saying "Just 20 more minutes". I'm just disappointed and now I have to cut my hair because there's no saving the...

She was extremely patient with me and my hesitance and made me feel 100% comfortable. She listened to what I wanted and her suggestions were spot on with what to do with my hair.
