Verizon — Local services in Indiana

It's not an official verizon store, but it's where I've always gotten my phones from. They have good service, but not the best selection, I recently purchased the galaxy s3 by samsung and I wanted it in amber color, and the only colors they had were white and black, but that's not so much of a big deal. The breaker here is that everything is about 10-20 dollars more expensive than if you go to best buy to get your phone. The insurance is cheaper than best buys, but it doesn't cover as much (Best buy insurance covers anything) The big plus here is it's a smaller store so you'll always have someone personally helping you, and the employees (at the time of writing) are very friendly...

Early Tuesday August 18th my husband and I decided we needed to change our cell phone carrier from at&t. We went to a prior verizon location where the previous representative was horrible. We then decided to try another location where we met Holli and she was just fantastic. She explained to us what would happen and what she could do for us. She did not have the phone my husband wanted and she did everything she could to accommodate our family. We decided to have her help us and we are so thankful. My husband stopped by with a few questions on our older iPhones and ended up upgrading us to new i15's and we couldn't be happier! We are not the most tech-savy, but Andrew and Paige were so helpful getting everything from our old phones to our new ones and made sure we knew all the tips and tricks of our new phones before we left. I have to say we both learned so much more from these two than we have in years! We're usually pretty impatient but we thoroughly enjoyed our time chatting and laughing with everyone at the store. You just don't get service like this anymore! Great job to everyone!
