I used to love coming to this place.

my last experience I'm probably not going to be back. unless some of the staff changes and know how to have people skills. I called in an order and they said 20 minutes I was there in 20. the person behind the register ask the cook where the food was and he said we told him 30 to 45 minutes which was not true. Cook maybe having a bad day I don't know. But don't project it toward the customer. I purchased two meals and two drinks with fries I asked for ranch dressing and they wanted to charge me an extra $0.80 for a little itty bitty cup that's ridiculous. If I do go back I'm bringing my own ranch dressing but I can get for a dollar at the dollar store. then there's the whole mask thing I know there just following the rules andnand all well nevermind won't...

Possibly cheating customers? I had ordered 2 portions of "basket" size fries which are $8 each. The 1lb size fries are $6 each so one would expect over 1lb. The basket didnt even weigh in at 1/2lb including the container it came in (see picture 7.8oz). This resulted in costing us over $10 on value. My guess is every take out customer is getting this portion size because there would be no way to even fit 1lb in the size of container they served the fries in. Fresh cut fries only lose 10% of their weight if the claim is the fries are weighed before the cook...

I have experienced their dine in service at brunzies and it is great! However, prices and portions do not match what they claim online...

Subs N Suds is hands down the BEST pizza in Indiana when you factor in taste, price, etc. Decent atmosphere in the store but it's much better when it's midnight or 1am and you're with your friends in the store just goofing off, it's a great atmosphere for that.

The pizza is super cheap and also extremely tasty, though pretty greasy. Aside from pizza, the wings are pretty good and the pepperoni rolls and fries are amazing. If you are looking for a sandwich you might want to go to Steel City instead, but for quick and easy pizza this is the...
