Horrible experience, and this was the last straw! My roommate and I went through the drive-thru. We ordered two of the $5 chicken strip boxes, each with an extra gravy (they only give you about half of one of those tiny styrofoam cups of gravy). We also asked for buffalo dipping sauce, for both boxes.
We paid for and received our order, and went home (literally six blocks away). We immediately opened the boxes to eat. In her box, there was only one gravy, and it was so cold and thick, it was impossible to use, for dipping. Her chicken tenders were okay, but her fries were as cold as the gravy. It was almost as though they were taken out of the refrigerator, and put in the box.
My box was pitiful. I had one regular chicken strip, and what appeared to be two slices off another chicken strip. I had one gravy (by the way, we paid extra for two, in each box). There were about ten fries in my box, and two buffalo dipping sauces. My gravy was also too cold and too thick to use for dipping.
I called the store, and spoke with the assistant manager, who told me to come back, and they would replace the boxes. My roommate drove back over, and returned with two more boxes. This time, the fries were still cold, and the gravy, as you can see in the pictures, had been microwaved, to the point the lids were melted down into the cups, and the gravy was scorched. This felt like a "middle finger," and "I bet your gravy is hot NOW," to me.
We didn't bother calling again. We ate ham sandwiches and gave the DQ slop to our dog. If I could give this place negative stars, I would. We...
Read moreA few months ago, I stopped by with my friends. The drive thru was too long, so we decided to go inside.
It seems like not a lot of people know that you can actually go inside and order, however, it may not be the best idea. When we placed the orders, the girl taking the order did not seem too happy. Whatever. What really got me was how dirty the stations back there in the kitchen were. I am not sure if there was a manager overlooking the staff here, but it was a total mess everywhere! Toppings and ingredients were everywhere in their work area. I saw someone wipe something with their hands as an attempt to move things out of the way to make space fill a cup of ice cream or whatever. I was astounded! If someone came in and inspected them, I don't think it will end well for them. I understand that things may get busy, but there should be a standard cleaning practice there to keep things organized and clean.
Needless to say, when I got my blizzard, they didn't even flip the dang thing over. She just handed it to me, not only that but the bottom of the cup was sticky! Go figure... Probably from placing it on top of other ingredients stuck on their station?

While it boasts a inviting clean new renovation it's under new owner ship that has laughable quality compared to the previous owners. Smaller portions frozen berries and no berry sauce made for an uneatable treat for me. Upon trying to converse with staff was treated rudely and the manager took forever to announce themselves leaving the untrained staff floundering to keep up with requests and service. The drivethru was backed up as well as the dining area. The fountain drink area in inconveniently stuck in the line to order and pay in a "hallway" of sorts along with the trash cans.
