Meraki Boutique — Local services in Indiana

Meraki Boutique is hands down my favorite boutique! Since it’s opening, it has become my go-to place to shop. The quality of clothes and range of style is amazing and my shopping experience going there is unlike anywhere else!! The owner, Kristin and her super friendly staff treat me so kind. It’s clear they build fantastic relationships with their new and existing customers because of how attentive, honest, and sweet they are to everyone. Not only do they have the highest quality inventory and an incredible staff, but the store is gorgeous!!! As soon as you walk in, you notice all their merchandise organized neatly and accessible, and all the colors pop because the lighting in the shop is bright and very welcoming! I remember the last time I was there I tried on so many pieces, and luckily because the dressing room is very spacious, bright and well lit, it really helped me decide which clothes worked best for me. Monica, one of the employees, was so sweet and helped bring me different sizes, which made it quick and convenient— I didn’t even have to step foot out of the dressing room! Way easier than shopping at a big retailer and the experience Kristin and her staff give everyone makes it better than any shop around. Plus, Meraki Boutique has a great social media account which allows me see what new merchandise they get in since I don’t have the ability to visit the shop as often as I’d like. I have been a customer of Meraki for over a year and am compelled to write a completly true review of the store.

Everything from the quality and uniqueness of the clothes to the personable and friendly personalities of the staff make this shop one of the best in the area. I have gone numerous times with the owner and staff always being so helpful in showing new items, helping with sizes, and making me feel so welcome. I also do not live in Indiana so anytime I am in need of an outfit for an occasion the owner or staff will communicate via cell and send pictures of items so I am able to order over the phone. They go above and beyond for their customers.

I receive so many compliments on my clothes I wear from Meraki, so those who complain of the price- you get what you pay for! I have never had an issue with returning items or exchanging sizes.. but I communicate and knew the rules before buying .. that’s part of being a customer, asking what the store policies are and understanding them.

I am thrilled that a store with a local owner who is so passionate about clothing and helping women feel their best is in this area. Absolutely LOVED this store, the energy, and the employees!!! Shopping for myself is always a nightmare and I usually end up getting overwhelmed and leave with nothing. Not here!! The staff that I met today were absolutely amazing, i feel terrible i didn't catch their names - but they even made it a point to make sure they knew my name before I left! They made me feel comfortable, and welcomed - not to mention the fact that they went out of their way to help my mom and I find clothing and accessories. And we came in an hour before close, not once did I feel rushed out of there! We still left before close, I'd hate to keep them late - they were just so kind and helpful!
