Carniceria Guanajuato #2 — Local services in Indianapolis

We've been loyal customers of this store for years, but our recent experience was incredibly disappointing. The cashier and a lady in the office were extremely rude, making it difficult to even have a basic conversation without attitude. What stood out even more was the cashier speaking disrespectfully about other customers—something we've never encountered here before.

To make matters worse, one of them made a comment along the lines of, "If you leave, a hundred more will come," which felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially considering the issue was something as minor as a parking spot.

What truly pushed me to leave this review is that an employee took it upon herself to post about the situation on social media. While the incident itself wasn't major, the way it was handled and the decision to escalate it publicly is what I find most concerning.

I hope management takes this seriously—not just for us, but to ensure no other long-time customers are...

The cashier who works there, MARIA G.. who has been in that store for a long time, seems like the manager treated me like a liar and all because of some tortillas that I bought in the morning and they were spoiled. I returned with my ticket about two hours later I told her that they were no good. I know they are tortillas but I thought how they are going to be selling them like that. But what was my surprise that he got upset and went into the store, he took out other tortillas from another box at the bottom and he told me those tortillas are not from here, we change them daily She don't change them, or return my money. I mean, she almost told me to leave the store. It's really embarrassing that they treat their customers like that. It's not because of the $$, but because I was so rude. I desire to Not return where they made me feel like I wanted to steal. lol. really? for...

Soooooo.The food was the bomb . But the cashier lady Adriana was just horrible at doing what she does, wich is making customers feel welcomed. After making my order she asked me if that was all?" And i said yes. But then i asked her for some drinks" and she amidiatley started tapping on my card against the table with some attitude asking me if that was it!! Thennnn i asked her if i can have my meat well done . and all she said was "They are over there!" Wich got me confused and did not explain herself . There was no people at all in line for her to be acting like that it was on a thursday . she needs to be gone!! The cooks were very nice after i asked i can have my meat well done . And i forgot the first time i went she had told me they cant ask the cooks the have the meat well done ..that they dont do that ....
