Took along trip to clear my head from Chicago to Indianapolis, and had a Chronic Migraine that I felt was something serious, so I checked myself into the ER around 3am and when the nurse asked why I was there I let her know and she ended up fronting me off telling her co-workers right outside my room laughing about my situation and very unprofessional. not a single person there at night was professional except for the ladies at the front desk you first check in with to be seen. It's sad to see how terrible the healthcare system is when its in your profession to help people no matter the issue, lacking empathy or disclosing my information to colleagues for your own humor is beyond shameful to the line of...

This place doesn’t deserve any stars the ambulance brought my dad here my sister and I went and got food because we been here since 6pm and my sister, mom and I haven’t eaten. As we went and got us food and my mom a coffee and we came back they said we weren’t allowed to go back up. My dad is having a procedure done and wants us all up there when he’s done but they are going against his wishes! But we need to be with our mom who is happy blind and doesn’t know her way around but yet nope to damn bad worst...

Went here at the end of May because my husband was having a heart attack. Walked in saying his chest hurt and he just had a stroke last month. They took his oxygen and his heart rate and told him to get at the end of the line. Thankfully I made it to St Francis & didn't wait in line. The whole time my husband's in the passenger side seat screaming and pain. He made it through what the doctors kept calling on Widowmaker thanks to St Francis.
