Itâs a locally roasted coffee with a lot of complexity to the flavors and a lot of attention to the details of coffee. I bought some beans from them at a coffee festival a few months ago and was stoked to make it out to their shop.
I had a cappuccino with whole milk (no sweetener) and the flavor was phenomenal. If youâre a Starbucks drinker, thereâs a comparable boldness to the espresso, but with a more complex flavor. It wasnât overly fruity or floral.
