Recently had our dog groomed and nails trimmed. I was a little nervous because we adopted him 2 months ago and wasn’t quite sure how he’d react to grooming/nail trims. The moment we entered the staff greeted us genuinely and advised us where to take our dog. The groomer was friendly, answered all questions and was confident our dog would be just fine. We got a text about an hour later that our dog was ready. Groomer said our dog did great! He looked great and even got a little blue bandana. While paying, we got our dog some chew toys. Staff was super helpful and knowledgeable in helping us pick some out. There was no pressure to buy and no forcing products on us. We will definitely go back. When I first adopted my kittens I wasn't completely sure what to do for them. The wonderful lady that works at this building came out to my car and took a look at my kittens and told me exactly what dewormer to get and what food to feed them. I could not have asked for any better of an experience. The people who work at this store genuinely care so much for your pets and it is so refreshing to see. Every time I go in there, they ask me if I need help with anything and then take me to exactly what I need! They even usually give me Churu treats for my cats for free when I purchase something which is so thoughtful for my kitties! I couldn't recommend another pet store more than this one it...
