I recently stopped by the Cold Stone Creamery in Franklin Township, and I left with a smile—and a cup overflowing with deliciousness! The variety of ice cream flavors is impressive, from classic favorites to bold creations that invite adventure. Whether you're customizing your own combo with their fun mix-ins (candy fans, rejoice!) or going all-in on one of their many Signature Creations, there's something for every sweet tooth.

The staff is friendly, fast, and clearly fans of what they do. Service was smooth, and they didn’t skimp on the mix-ins—which we all know is the true test of an ice cream artist. The facility itself is spotless and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to linger over your treat.

Its location is also a win—easy to find, easy to park, and a great pit stop if you're out running errands or just need a little pick-me-up. If you're anywhere nearby, this Cold Stone is definitely...

The icecream is fabulous! The staff was nice but seemed distracted. Be sure to speak up when giving your order. My son ordered a cone with cotton candy & strawberry plus gummy bears. The gal behind the counter made a huge scoop of cotton candy with gummy bears. She was courteous and apologized when I mentioned the strawberry again. Then while paying, my total was $8.15. I handed the young man a $10 bill and said…. “and I have the change.” he looks surprised and said “oh cash?” And then proceeded to give me back $1.85 as I was handing him the $0.15. He seemed a little confused and flustered. I said no worries just give me the change. Hopefully with more practice, they get a better flow...

Asked for two regular sized smoothies. I was given the regular, fiance was given a small. When I asked why, he said "we dont have a regular size"...uhm, it says it on the board, but okay. So I asked the other employee who made mine (the way I asked) and she said it was because we didnt use the correct lingo (like it or love it) so "next time you come back, say that instead". Guy at the counter said "dont worry I only charged you for a small". Well I sure hope so. Considering thats what we got. Horrible first experience and not by any means worth $13. I was so excited to have a good ice cream place close by. Pay a good wage and hire someone...
