Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Indianapolis

Delivery and drop-off instructions are never read and followed. Here is a screenshot of orders placed since September 4th 2021 until September 15th 2021.

Only one order was up to PAPA JOHN'S standards on 14th September other wise poppers were tini-tiny and was missing cheese which is an on going issue at this location.

Epic stuff crust pizza is so thin that even thin crust pizza from grocery store is thicker. I sent the email to the GM of this location but so far there is no response.

Also I haven't seen GM off this location here in the last 4-6 weeks upon asking about 4 weeks ago I think I was told he is helping out at a different location.

This is a new review as of today September 20, 2021. I personally wanted to go down talk to the GM but due to my back problem I am stuck at home.

If you call it goes to some third world nation were people don't know how to speak English and forward your call to the right location.

Plus it's so frustrating that there call center reps harass you so much. I think public needs to raise the concern over all that any company dealing in or with U.S. public should have local call centers which will also...

Made an order today again never received receipt as you can see pizza was ordered large received medium, ordered 12 cheese sticks received 9.83 inches, ordered jalapeno poppers as you can see it's all different sizes and completely missing cheese in it.

The location manager is rude and have disgusting behavior towards customers and will never admit it is there mistake. And Papa John's U.S. corporate headquarters will not return the call at all and manager will not forward complaints to higher management.

I suggest my fellow Hoosiers of Franklin Township, Indianapolis, IN that order from this location to completely boycott this location. Via this platform I also request federal, state and local authorities to stricten laws towards restaurants like this so that your citizens are not ripped off.

I hope Mayor of Indianapolis and local Judiciary will take immediate and strong reaction in support of there citizens or all government authorities will resign on moral grounds and shutdown fake government offices that only favor...

Never ordering from this location again. Customer service hit a new low with them last night. We ordered one pizza and one papadia. The driver shows up, hands us the receipt, and says “I think I grabbed the wrong pizza”. He returns to his car, and 2 minutes later leaves. LEAVES. No return to the door to say anything – JUST HEADS OUT. I call the store, and they finally tell me that he did grab the wrong one and is heading back. She didn’t seem to think the driver disappearing with ZERO comment was a big deal; she said “It slipped his mind”. When the driver returned, my wife tells him that he should SAY SOMETHING if he’s in that situation in the future. He stood there, saying nothing, and left. It may not be a big deal to some, and I doubt Papa Johns will care, but manners and courtesy matter, or at least they should. Poorly handled by the store and the driver.
