Who doesn't like going to a zoo, this place is a great place to bring kids of all ages,and even adults have fun here. There are always new interesting exhibits or various animals to learn abut and watch in their somewhat natural habitat.
Anyone with kids who lives within 30 miles of here should have yearly passes and come often. It's a great way to spend a nice day strolling thru the grounds and watching wildlife in person instead of letting kids play at home on video games, haha.
Christmas at the zoo with a limo ride is always a great treat. They decorate everything with lights all over the place. Food, drinks, and snacks are a bit expensive, but that's expected for a venue such as this. But the money goes to a good cause and helps keep the flow of animals coming into our Indy zoo. Bring the family here for some educational and fun times.

Glass in the exibits were scratched and some cases so limed up you can not see what is in the cage. There was very little friendliness from the employees. For the exorbitant prices you charge for admission it seems some repairs should be paid for. You also have a prime spot for childnapping in and around the penguin area because of the extreme darkness. Hard to believe our children's museum is rated #1 and I don't feel our zoo even rates...
