customer service is top tier..never got my hair done by them but they look good! but i just wanted to make a public review about this place. like i said when i started customer service is great. my problem with them is their wigs. it is 100% false advertising and scamming. in total, i’ve gave this company $455 of my hard earned money for plastic! i’ve came on two different occasions and my last one being just 2 days ago. my first time going, i got a burgundy curly wig. first day with it was okay. it was shedding a lot but no other issues. day two and after was the worst. the wig lost about 50% of its density and about 4 inches by now…i called them and let them know and they offered 50% off my next wig which i took the offer. but because i do not have money just lying around, i came back about a week later…two days ago. i got a straight wig hoping it’d be different. no. day one, again was fine. but today, the wig is almost matted and also does not pass the lighter test (seeing how the hair burns to see if it is synthetic or not) this place will scam you by selling you an shein wig for 300+ dollars. they blame their bad wigs on the manufacturer…so find a new...

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I went in for boho braids and ended up with a completely different style than what I asked for. I sat for 6 hours and paid $380 — including $180 for the hair I purchased from the salon — only for them to ruin my hair. The two braiders they hired were not sufficiently experienced, and the results showed it.

On top of that, they use false advertising on WhatsApp to attract clients, which feels misleading and dishonest. I didn’t just lose money, but also valuable time. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and feels like exploitation, especially within our own community. We deserve better professionalism,...

Contacted the owner (Favor) just before 11pm the night before me and my daughter got our hair done. She came to the shop at 6am and the braiders got to work on us. The owner is very patient, kind, and customer focused. The girl that did the front design of my hairstyle is top notch! We love our hair! We'll definitely come back the next time we are looking for a refresh and or new styles.
