I cannot say enough about my wonderful experience with Kirles Jewelers! From the moment I walked in the door they were so incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially for someone like myself that knew nothing of buying jewelry. They took the time to teach me what I was looking at, what I need to be looking for based on what I said I wanted, and even provided a couple of other avenues to gain more information. During the purchasing process the I was halfway across the country, and even during this time the Kirles team was still in contact with me and working diligently to find the perfect ring for me. I figured with the great customer service that I was receiving from the Kirles team would show up as a higher price on the final bill, but it was actually the opposite. The pricing offered by Kirles for the service and ring itself puts them in a class of their own. And of course, when the ring was finished it was perfect and my fiancé gets compliments on it on a daily basis. Even after I proposed, the Kirles team asked if we would happen to come back in so they could meet my fiancé, and make sure that the ring was the exact thing she wanted.
