I bought a handheld mixer from them today at half the store price.Therefore I thought I was getting a good deal. This evening I open the box to use and there are no beaters in the box.I messsge the business and ask for the beaters or exchange for another mixer.I'm told " you can buy the beaters separately and we don't guarantee that all the parts are in the box which is why we sell at a discount price." The beaters separately are 15.99 plus tax and shipping which means that I will end up paying more than if I just bought at the store for 39.99. Not to mention I did ask if items were tested and checked. I was told " everything is brand new and in the box." I am very disappointed that someone is so greedy over $20.00. A mixer without the beaters is useless. There are lots of good small business's out there and it's a shame that the bad ones make it difficult to trust using a small business.If you sell a useless product to someone you should make it right. I am a single mother this was a present to myself for Christmas. It just really makes me sad there are people out there s so full of greed! We think we are saving money but we are really not in the long run. I recommend just going and buying from the store and get the warranty... or at the least a return option if you only received half the product! God bless!

Reply to your response. That tv is 150.00 in the store. You keep metioning that you sold me a t.v. ... just because you sell one good item it doesn't justify ripping someone off on...

Keep in mind that the items you are buying from here are factory rejects basically and have something wrong with it. The dresser I bought had a big old crack right through the middle support board and glue was used to try to prevent it from snapping in half. Is the dresser functional? For now, but the top drawers are hard to use and one tends to come off the track because of the bent and cracked support board. You can get up to 30% off by making positive reviews online. So not every review is as it seems. No refunds for broken items only store credits if they answer and if you can get your now assembled furniture back to the store. I decided to keep my dresser as figuring out how to return it was more bothersome than it was worth after having to lift the very heavy box out of the store and into my car etc by myself. Furniture bought from here is best bought after it is assembled in the store so you know/see what is wrong with it and can decide if the purchase is worth it. The lady in the store helping the owner was very polite, helpful and I don't have issues with her at all. She does her job and well. She is a keeper as she worked very hard assembling other furniture at the store while helping me locate a dresser I found on the facebook advertisement and trying to help me get the...

I would have given them zero stars but Google wouldn't let me. This is the most untruthful place I've ever been in my life. They have signs up everywhere stating 50% off and my husband and I even confirmed with the owners that these things were half price when we pay at closing time of course we get to our truck and look at the receipt and bot one item we bought out of 60 dollars was half price we were charged full price...
