When coming to this store & getting help by the manger Brandon and the other employees we got the hook up joining T-Mobile for the first time & I couldn’t ask for better. Once our first bill generated it was a hot mess! There were so many mistakes, so many promotions added to the wrong lines, and instructions not told to us that we later found out that were applied to the account balance. Our first bill was over $100 more than what we agreed to and calculated together at the store. While at the store everyone was all over the place, we were the only ones in there for a while but then the manger kept leaving mid conversation going to other people, coming back saying this and saying that …to where I don’t think he fully communicated our deal to the other employee that officially set our line up. After calling T-mobile “611” about 8 or 9 times within our first week of having the phones, customer service fixed our bill. The only thing is we have money being credited to our 2nd bill so we are still having to overpay for our 1st bill. After spending 4 hours in this store trying to figure out a new line service and calculating everything, we are highly frustrated about all of this mess within our first full week of having this new service. Read moreKristin and Chris sucked. I understand customer service and how frustrating it can be to be understaffed but you can’t let that be a cushion for poor customer service. Knowing its T- Mobile Tuesday this store should of had more employees or better employees who know how to work a system. They have more than 10 people standing in line to redeem our free gift the line standing out the door and some people were there for more than an hour just for something they can hand us by looking at our phones quickly. I get they had appointments but they could of just told the customer to hold and send us off instead of keeping us there waiting thats the thing about customer service you have to help more than one person at a time sometimes. This store should of been more prepared knowing the day and had more employees and the employees should know how to work under pressure to keep customers leaving happy. I get it may be a bad day but if you have a handful of customers leaving angry then it’s a problem and then employees had the nerve to have an attitude with all of the customers instead of apologizing when they are the ones who had us waiting. Read moreGAYLON saved the day, really the only guy in the store that knew what he was talking about after miscommunication with other team members. Shout out to Gaylon for real if you go here just look for him he is super professional and has 10+ years of experience in the industry. The store’s manager also tried his best to make things right which was heavily appreciated but it wouldn’t have happened without Gaylon standing up for what was right in our situation. This location will get you right, but I did have to pull teeth in order to get multiple quotes and fully understand which phone plan would work best for my family. After speaking with Gaylon who I mentioned 3 times FOR A REASON he was super professional and informative and truly wanted the best for us while being super understanding of everyone on my family plans needs without trying to upsell us on things we didn’t need. Very happy with the service I received here and damn I hope they realize they got a great employee in Gaylon and give him a promotion or raise because without him I think this location would go to shit.
