I had booked our group of four to play on Sunday morning at Heritage Palms using the Supreme Golf App. We were excited about playing there. When we arrived at the entrance to the property, we were informed by the security person that the course was closed.
We were allowed to drive up to the pro shop to ask them why it was closed. We noticed several carts on the course with players. My son was informed by the person at the pro shop counter that only members were being allowed to play that day. The counter person was sort of upset he was asking why it was closed.
My question is: Why did Supreme Golf have tee times available for Sunday the 3rd when Heritage Palms was going to allow only members to play on that day?
We were left scrambling to find a last minute place to play. We were able to get on at Big Rock Golf & Pub at Indian Springs. Thanks to them for allowing us on the course without a tee time. They were great to us. We will definitely play there again.
My two brothers were here visiting from out of state to play. Heritage Palms and Supreme Golf left a terrible taste in our mouths....
Read moreGolf course was great but service on patio for BRUNCH before golf was awful. We asked 3 different servers for juice and water and everyone said I’ll get someone over. I guess we weren’t in their serving area but one server continued to serve and talk at length to folks at a table beside ours & totally ignored us. We never did get offered juice or coffee or toast that came with the brunch. Walked out without even showing anyone we’d paid for the brunch. If you are only interested in serving members don’t offer the brunch to public. A poor start to our experience here but the golf course was in great shape. Would return to golf...

The pristine fairways are flanked by swathes of not overly penal grassy rough, giving you plenty of space to work the ball from the tee. Palm trees are liberally scattered alongside many holes and around the greens, while a few nicely "groomed" areas of desert provide a reminder of the area's origins. Heritage Palms is a Palm Desert classic, easy on the eye and always immaculately maintained...
