Extremely disappointed in the customer service I received today 7/14/24 around 3pm. The two girls that were there were fine at taking my order. We ordered an original and two mozzarella with potato and 3 drinks. My total was $37. Food and drinks were great. Except the Tiger tea I ordered has chunks of raw powder at the bottom and most of it had turned in globs of inedible mush. When I asked the smaller of the two girls if she could remake a new drink (while handing her back the full drink I purchased back to her) she said no, that was how the drink was made and it was supposed to be chalky powder globs at the bottom. I politely told her she was mistaken, it just wasn’t mixed right, and if she could make me a whole new drink and I would give her the full drink back. Again she refused. I asked her to speak to the manager and she said there wasn’t a manager on site. But ultimately a very kind man came to the front and said he would make me a new drink, I explained I didn’t want the same one, but the girl was rude and kept saying interrupting him, telling him that I didn’t want a new one and she would refund me instead. 🤔🤔 how does that make any sense? Why not make me a new drink if you were going to refund me?? Wouldn’t it have made more sense to just make me a new drink from the start instead of arguing with me or even giving me a full refund?? I took the refund and left. Our plan was to order a dozen doughnuts before we left and unfortunately because I heard them gossiping about me, loud enough for me to hear, we just left. Unfortunately bad employees cause businesses to fail. Being that you’re a newer business I’d hope that you would rectify the situation with your employees before they bring your...

Coming from the Bay Area where I would buy Third Culture Bakery mochi donuts anytime I could find them, I was really missing mochi baked goods down here! I was ecstatic to find out this place just opened. I tried four donuts (blueberry, brown sugar funnel cake, churro, and thai tea) and their signature boba. All of the donuts were delicious -- slight crunch on the outside, chewy but not too dense on the inside. For people who aren't familiar with baked goods made with mochi (sweet rice flour), the texture of a mochi donut is going to be chewier than your traditional donut, and that's intentional (and oh so yummy)!

The boba milk tea was like a standard boba milk tea made with a nondairy milk powder, which is great for lactose intolerant folks like me. The boba texture was spot-on: soft and chewy. For me personally I thought the milk tea was a little too sweet -- I wish I could adjust things like ice or sweetness level like they do at dedicated tea shops, but overall I was satisfied with what I got.

The front counter staff were also very kind! I ordered the three-donut box for $9. I knew I wanted blueberry and thai tea, but I was undecided on brown sugar funnel cake vs. churro. I asked the ladies for a recommendation and they suggested the brown sugar funnel cake, which I went with. I was pleasantly surprised later when I got home and opened the box to see that they threw in the churro donut for free. Thank you ladies if you're reading! You made this mochi...

Went there yesterday with a friend because I had told her that there’s a Mochinut in Indio and that I’ve had the Mochinut in LA and it’s really good. The overall experience and product was VERY DISAPPOINTING! The staff looked like they didn’t know what they’re doing, didn’t want to be there and just not confident. We had ordered two taro with boba drinks and two Mochinut donuts one ube and one peanut butter. The two tarp drinks were HORRIBLE! The drinks tasted like just milk and boba no taro even though it had somewhat of a purple color to it but it was AWEFUL! We were contemplating whether to go back and ask for a refund but we felt that the staff wouldn’t even care about our thoughts. And plus, we felt that the staff are not trained enough to learn how to make this type of specialty drink. And the donuts we bought were $3.50 each and were really bland.. NO FLAVOR! The ube donut did not have that ube flavor. And the peanut butter donut was okay. I was really embarrassed that I had suggested this place to my friend because everything we had was really BAD and AWEFUL. I will not recommend this place to my friends or family in...

I know not to come here anymore. As soon as my family and I walked in the guy at the register left the register and went to the back. The lady that was working there seemed so annoyed that we came in. She literally sat in a chair and just watched us. No “hey how are you?” Or even “how may I help you” I was standing at the register for over 2 mins without any assistance. The donuts were stale and chewy also, the bathroom did not have any tissue or toilet seat covers. The soap bottle in the bathroom was extremely dirty and crusty. On top of that the tables they have inside the mochinut were really dirty. They have these huge crevices/ gaps in the table that are filled with old food. You can tell they never clean in between those gaps.

My coworker said that he was going to pick up some things at Mochinut and what I requested and had was really good. I ate a black sesame and chocolate almond mochinut. The consistency was chewy and not as sweet as regular donuts which I really liked. I felt like I could eat multiple mochi donuts and not feel as guilty compared to regular donuts. My favorite donut was the black sesame one. And then I also got a potato half and half corn dog. I loved it, it was so delicious. I don't really like regular corndogs and the regular batter, it tends to be too sweet for me and doesn't compliment the hot dog. But this was really savory and good. It would've tasted better if it was fresh and still warm, but overall it was still really tasty.
