Rickey Hernandez of the Cathedral City store was our salesman. He was friendly, professional, and knew a lot about the merchandise and explained the various features very well. His attention was a little divided for he was the only salesperson in the store on the busy Labor Day holiday but despite this we did purchase the Tempur-flex Supreme Breeze split California King set.
