Woke up from another night of restless sleep, had only one thing in my mind and that was to go to Mathis and check out that new outlet they have. See if they had any nice mattresses. I walked in and was greeted by Cayla. She asked if she could help me with anything. I told her I just wanted to look around. And one of the many things I liked about Cayla is she doesn’t feel like a shark following you all around insisting over and over if I needed help. I was able to relax and go in for my one mission and that was to get 3 new mattresses some frames and a couple box springs with a tight budget. To my luck I found everything I wanted. I saw Cayla and told her I was ready. She was quick To type up my order. Cayla was never pushy about getting different things or trying to upsale me. She understood what I needed and made sure I got everything I asked for. My daughter who is autistic and can be quit difficult to handle went with me that day, she doesn’t talk much but she seemed to love Cayla. Cayla understood I just wanted to get in and out as fast as possible and she made everything such a smooth process. After getting all my items delivered I noticed that the box spring I had purchased was to big. I went in for a refund or exchange and was told that it was a final sale. Cayla was there to go above and beyond for me to make sure Something could be done for me. She even made a call to the mattress manager to see what could be done. Thankfully we were able to figure something out and I feel so grateful for going to Mathis brothers and having Cayla there to help me. Just purchased a few items from Mathis and loved it all, only reason I'm leaving this review is because of the delivery. My experience with their delivery guy "clementino" was horrible!! He treated me horrible and was careless, I paid for door drop off but I do live upstairs, well... #1 he got to my place 3 hours before my scheduled time, so I had to make my way home to receive him. #2 he left the sectional a way that I wouldn't be able to push inside my home, so I asked him to please rotate it, so that I could push it inside my door, he denied to do so, started speaking in a very aggressive way, saying i didn't pay for him to bring it inside my home, when I never asked him to do so, all I needed from him was to leave the sofa laying down. He left the other part of the sectional down stairs, and left. As he was making his way out , i mentioned that I would report him, he went downstairs and started taking pictures of me, which made me very uncomfortable!! I had a scheduled pick up item the next day and mentioned what happened to an employee there, and I was told that they've had problems with "Clementino" being a feminist, and that's when it all made sense, can't believe they allow this, and let him treat their costumers this way. Report was made, and I received a gift card, but it's ridiculous to find out that they don't care...

I had been suffering from pain due to sleeping on my side on an old mattress and had been putting off getting a new one. After numerous recommendations from friends, I finally decided to check out Mathis Home in Indio, and I am so glad I did!

From the moment I walked in, Alan made the experience exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain the benefits and differences of each mattress and their associated costs. It felt like working with a friend rather than a salesperson.

After spending a considerable amount of time exploring different beds, I fell in love with the Purple mattress, which perfectly conformed to my body. Alan went above and beyond to help me save money by showing me their no-interest payment plan, making the entire process incredibly easy.

I am now eagerly looking forward to sleeping on my new bed and finally getting a good night's rest. The service I received at Mathis Home was outstanding, and I truly appreciate the effort and care Alan provided during my visit.
