After touring the property and dealing with Management in the office I have to admit the reviews are accurate. Property Manager Rose was aware of an appointment that was set for me at 1:00pm I arrived to the office and waited my due diligence as the office was closed. at 1:30pm Office Manager Rose, Jenete and Maintenance all arrived from a lunch break. There was no note at the door or a phone call. First impression was "Do you need help". I stated I had an appointment at 1:00pm and it's now 1:30pm and I am waiting for the office. Rose stated "oh sorry we were at lunch". I noticed that my print out appointment was on her desk and she stated "I was aware but lunch needed to happen". I need express my point as she began to bully me but as a person with experience is dealing with unprofessional I did place her and her assistant in their place with facts. She was not pleased and was unpleasant that I was not going to be bullied and stated "I need your ID and let me show you an apartment". Property is nice but the issue is really the office staff. I went ahead and not conduct business with this property and noticed another apartment competitor across the street called the Cove after touring the Cove I decided I will be going with that property as the office personal were very nice, attentive and made you feel welcome. Please read the reviews and my also recommendation is pick another location there is a lot of competitors around the area that you can enjoy renting from than Ingleside...

Just moved here not too long ago, I am absolutely HORRIFIED at the pest problem this apartment has. There are ants coming from the walls and boring holes into the food in my pantry no matter how tightly closed I keep the food. The ants are EVERYWHERE. In the bathroom, the bedrooms, closets, the kitchen and everywhere outside. I’ve talked to a neighbor and im not the only apartment that’s being swarmed by ants. It’s getting to the point where my babies are waking up with bites all over them which is completely and totally unacceptable. Another really frustrating thing is that they close the pool on Monday AND Tuesday, really seemingly for no reason, they claim they’re cleaning it for both of those days but I look out my window periodically and I see no one cleaning the pools. In my opinion it’s just a power move made by the women in the office who like to control things. You can’t even go use the grill on those two days, which in my opinion is absolutely asinine. The renting process was so annoying, the lady didn’t have any of the papers ready and kept calling us back to come sign other papers because they “forgot to print them out”. Come on, get it together because it makes the office look unprofessional, so do her outfit choices. If you have to pin your shirt together with a clothes pin to stop cleavage from showing you probably shouldn’t be wearing it to work. Other than that it has been a decent...

DO NOT COME HERE, these apartments are nice on the inside but the property manager Rose (and her little sidekick Linda) are just so rude and have no respect for any of the tenants here ( Literally make it HELL living here) I’ve been living here a little over 3 months and I intend on ending my lease because of them. I’ve had a constant A/C issue here in my unit, that I still have to this day; (A/ C refuses to go below 76) a pest problem with the ANTS being EVERYWHERE (and it’s not just me it’s EVERYONE) my son has been getting bit up everyday by these ANTS, this issue has been going on for a month now. These are 1400 dollar apartments I should get these issues resolved in a timely manner and not patched up with duct tape so they can arise in another week again smh.
