Dollar General — Local services in Ingleside

I just really want to give a shout out to the whole crew who was working today at the Dollar general on April 2nd 2023. From the store manager to the other two guys that were there and they were willing to help me return an item that I had purchased out of town and I didn't need anymore because I was able to make it home they went above and beyond to help me and trying to figure out a way that I could return the item especially since I had purchased it on self checkout when the people in Ingleside have only had self checkout for a couple of weeks it was a learning curve for everybody and they still all took the time out of their day even though I was holding up everything they were still able to assist other customers while assisting me and trying to figure out how I could do a return on my item so I am thankful from the bottom of my heart because I have had horrible experiences with Dollar general in the past and not at this store in particular just other Dollar generals but this one is great I really recommend it for anybody The people are great and helpful And I am...

The Ingleside Texas Dollar General next to the post office does not honor they're advertised discounts that they neglected to pull down anybody that does customer service knows that you do the cashier was rude to me and I left the items and I will not go back in I then drove to the Aransas Pass Dollar General they are kind and considerate and they always honor their promotions even if it was a mistake that they should not still be up that is a Dollar General just before HEB coming from Ingleside the manager herself assisted me always get great service are I've been in the Ingleside 1/3 times and always been treated like it didn't matter if I made a purchase or not I will never walk in Ingleside Dollar General by Sonic again Aransas Pass you've got me I'm going to stay with you ma'am if you want great assistance and customer service go to the Dollar General in...

As a customer shopping at this particular location, their were several vendors in the store at once, the isles were filled with the merchandise the vendors brought in which made it difficult to shop. However the vendors had no option but to set the merchandise down the isles. Not their fault, the gentleman that walked in to the store im guessing had to be in some type of leadership role only made a comment to one vendor about their merchandise blocking the isles so customers can shop. I found that unfair and unjust that he only got onto 1 vendor and not all of them. I can only imagine how he treats his employees/co-workers.
