I would like to know who to get in contact whoever is over the manger who is running this place so I can inform them about how racist, rude and unprofessional the manger is. We payed for our room day for day for almost 2 wks and the couple lives on the property in the back of the office with a newborn well the husband ever since we booked with them has had an attitude with us our entire stay. His tone of voice was always passive aggressive, he constantly harassed my husband every chance he could over any thing in general. Where he parked, his oil leak, even us booking online getting a 40% discount. When we checked out he blamed us us for a blue dye on the fitted sheet, and stained towels we used to mop up the floors and from when I cleaned out the refrigerator from the day we checked in. He didn't want to give us our deposit back AT ALL. HE WAS down right rude and disrespectful we took the towels and sheets ourselves to wash and we've got all the stains outs but the fitted sheet with the blue dye I made it clear that had to be there before we even got this room he then said it's blue hair dye I said nobody hair is blue around here now that I put it together his girlfriend whoever she is was the only person on the property with blue hair. We got our deposit back because we washed everything when they didn't even try to wash it. They just wanted to pocket our deposit. So all the comments about them wanting to find any little things just to keep the deposits and all the comments about that man who's running this place is racist BELIEVE IT! YOU GUYS NEED NEW MANAGEMENT. THE WAY HE TREATS AND TALKS TO PEOPLE WHO PAYS GOOD MONEY IS DISGUSTING!!! and I make sure to tell people don't waste there money here because they will be treated like shii. When I asked for a number of whoever was in charge of him he had a snobby attitude "nobody I'm the manager of this property" my husband told me to look up the owner and the manager again with a snoopy attitude "there's different owners to every Oyo hotels" DON'T BOOK!!! RUN THE CAMERA BACK IT SHOWS WE TOOK THE SHEETS AND TOWELS TO WASH AND BROUGHT THEM BACK WHITE!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO WASH THEM! May 15 2024 we checked out. This was at the ingleside tx location btw. I need a number of who is in charge and is over him ASAP. Please...
Read moreI did not actually stay at this location, even though I had a reservation w/ them thru Super.com for the evening of Sept. 17, 2023.|The problem was that the hotel could not find the reservation. According to Super.com's website, it takes anywhere from two to three days for reservations to show up (I'm guessing for all relevant entities/parties). I had made the reservation that same evening. Super.com immediately charged my credit card. The night clerk reached out to the hotel owner/general manager, who said the only thing to do was for me to make another reservation with them directly, and then for me to ask for a refund from Super.com. That was a ridiculous suggestion, and one that I wasn't going to do. I stayed elsewhere, however almost one month later, this Oyo Hotel and/or Super.com is claiming I stayed there, so my credit card company has not reversed the charges. I spoke to a Saundra on October 9, who claimed she is the general manger, but she said she would have to reach out to the owner(s) to see if they would provide a refund, and it would take up to another seven business days for that to happen, assuming it happens at all.||This is NOT the way to run a hotel or any other business. This is highly indicative of just how piss poor the business practices/operations are at not only this particular OYO hotel location, but the Oyo corporation as well, since they provide no way of being contacted directly via telephone. Super.com is also a website/service to stay away from for the same reasons. Super.com could only be contacted thru online chat thru their app, and that CSR told me that same evening that they would have to escalate the incident, but no one ever contacted me, as they claimed.||One final note is that I had arrived late in the evening at the Oyo hotel in Ingelside. the front door was locked. There was a note on door to call a particular number for "after hours," which I did, only to have no one answer. The night clerk did call me back, and she showed up to unlock the door after I explained why I was there. Her appearance indicated she had been asleep. There are no words to describe the lack of professionalism and customer service that I experienced...
Read moreI'd like to start with a huge thank you to Terri and her staff whom I know all by name and will later name them!|We were displaced after hurricane Harvey and after returning home found a nightmare my first thought was where am I going to stay we drove by the Best western which did not look promising because of course the whole town had no power. Thank god Terri her husband and the maintenance man who's name was Charles were happy to help us they did not hide any of the flaws and told us strait up that even when the power was restored it would be minimal service due to her staff also losing their homes and needed time to rebuild as well which we thought was great most managers don't care about their employees even though they say they do and would tell them we need you get back to work or you lose your job so we were happy to hear that and understood completely.| Although there was no power for breakfast each morning the managers husband cooked minimal eggs and sausage and offered that to whoever wanted it and the Charles the maintenance man made coffee and served juice to the little kids or even adults who weren't interested in coffee,I later found out that was there own personal food they were keeping on ice and sharing with everyone!|It became like a family at this hotel they were happy to help anyone and everyone who needed it and even went as far as driving some of us to our houses to stay and help us rummage through the belongings in out homes that had fallen to pieces I seen her and Charles on numerous occasions refuse tips from not only me and my mom but the other victims from this storm as well telling us they didn't want our money and to use that to rebuild our life which I find to be rare because people now days are in it for what they get out of it! These people are very genuine caring and down to earth they don't judge people by what they have or how they walk in they just wanted to help and I feel they went above and beyond!!!!|I will forever be greatful to Terri and her staff Thank you all Terri Charles Berto(her husband who is not an employee but just as helpful) Rhonda Elaine and Val you will forever remain in our hearts and we can't...
