My last experience at the Sonic Drive In if emphasis on the term "last" was absolutely horrible. I have a Sonic gift card with just shy of 3 cents of the total amount of money that a medium chocolate chip cookie dough blast cost. My Wife had ordered me this medium chocolate chip cookie dough blast blizzard on line by using her cell phone. She & I didn't realize this order had not been completed until I typed in the information from my Sonic gift card until I pulled into the Ingleside, TX Sonic Drive thru to pick up my online order. This is when & where I was notified that my online order had not been completed. I figured it out that I was in fact a grand total of three cents shy of the total cost with taxes of being able to complete my online order for my medium chocolate chip cookie dough blast. I am aware that I was able to receive a slight discounted price for my order by my order being placed online by my Wife. I ask the "MOD" Manager on Duty if the final cost of my ice cream treat was going to cost me more money than the lower price that was advertised by Sonic if I ordered & payed for it online. He replied that he didn't know. I am one of those people who keeps a loose change container in both of our vehicles. I could have also charged this three cents to my only debit card/credit card. This idea is insane. Who would make a payment of three cents on a debit/credit card? If I paid the three cents from my change container (which has a little over $10.00 in it) I wouldn't be guaranteed the lower online price for my online order. If I decided to go off the deep end & I was to charge the remaining three cents of my order to my debit/credit card as it turns out the Sonic Drive In would have to pay a fee. No one was a winner in my experience with the Sonic Drive in Ingleside, TX on that night. I have filled out the proper complaint forms & I have completed the online survey for this particular Sonic Drive In. I've never heard &/or received any responses from the Sonic Upper Chain of Command or the Store Owners of this particular Sonic Drive In & at this late date in the game I don't even care. As I stated in my 1st couple of lines I have driven through the Sonic Drive In of Ingleside, TX for...
Read moreI have been coming to this sonic for a little over a year. Today they got my drink wrong, I’m a very understanding customer, I’ve worked in the food industry before I get it. I politely asked them if they could remake my drink bc it was not what I ordered. When they brought it back, again it was wrong. I requested the manager to let her know her team was getting the drinks wrong multiple times, in which she replied “okay and? You want me to remake it or what”. To me, this is a very rude way to treat a customer who was being kind when I really could’ve been rude, rolled her eye, and turned her back without apologizing. If the young managers at this establishment can not contain their attitudes, then you guys should train others, bc the young lady that was fairly thin, with false lashes , blue eyes, blond and dark brown/black hair was extremely rude, with a very stinky demeanor with...
Read moreI came here to order lunch on 10/24/16. I attempted to place an order for a number 3 with no lettuce or tomatos, I then paused and informed her that I would like mayo, onions, and pickles on the number 3, after a long pause she said "so you'd like the burger plain and dry?' I said no, and once again repeted my order, this went on for roughly 10 minutes before I finally drove off. look sonic, if you cant train your employees to properly take an order than give the window to a more seasoned employee. I will no longer be visiting your location by any means and will no longer be carrying out large orders for our site from this location. I blame training 100% and not the employee, just a poorly...
