We DO NOT recommend this branch. Weāve been to many AAA branches and never had issues.
The workers were gossiping. One of them was helping my husband and the seller for a registration transfer. When everything was ādoneā my husband asked if she was sure she got everything? (Since she was distracted) She confirmed āyes, that is allā.
THEN he gets a call from the branch⦠apparently there was a SELLER SIGNATURE MISSING. Husband : I asked you if you had everything. Now I have to arrange a meet up with the seller AGAIN to get this done AND THEN GO back to drop it off to you. We drove to this location back and forth from EAST LA and to sellers home to get his signature. My husband running on no sleep (he works night shifts).
To turn in paperwork with the missing signature they had him wait in line AGAIN with no sleep instead of getting him in and out for the inconvenience. So there goes another trip(gas and time wasted)
I emailed the Branch Manager to let him know the situation and that we wasted a lot of precious time (that my husband could have used to rest) and needless to say, Gas since our truck is V8. Seller wanted to meet at this branch so thatās why we drove out there from EAST LA.
The Manager said he would talk to his staff and promised me to mail us out a gas gift card to help reimburse for gas. This happened in JANUARY and STILL NO GIFTCARD received. I have followed up and he continues to tell me he mailed it but we havenāt received anything. I have a feeling Iām getting the run-around at this point. Or that he just told me he would mail it to get me off his case. AAA member services stated it does not take this long for giftcard to be sent out but that they canāt process on on their end if he has already done so (which I highly doubt)
If you go here, have them triple check paperwork. I reached out to manager to find a way to fix the problem and avoid having to post a negative review but given that circumstances, I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI called the Inglewood office numerous times to speak to the travel agent, she never returned my calls. After 2 days of calling I went INTO the office and was asked by the Receptionist to fill out a form detailing my travel plans. I explained that I had been calling for several days and asked when someone would get back to me. The receptionist stated that he would make sure the travel agent called me back THAT DAY. I never received a call so I left a message with the branch manager, who didn't call me back either. I then drove over to the Culver City AAA and was seen by the travel agent within 15 minutes of my arrival. She handled my travel plans and treated me with the utmost professionalism. I'll never visit the Inglewood...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI thought it was just me, but this office seems to be very unorganized when it comes to service for car registration. I came in before this couple, and we're both there for registration. They came in for transfer of title, and I came in to pay registration and receive tags. Some kind of way they were in and out, and I have been sitting here over 30 minutes waiting for my name to be called. The first time I came into the office, I waited over an hour, so this time, I paid attention. They waste time calling people names over and over again that have obviously left instead of going to the next customer. For this office to be fully staffed, they are slow...
