This place is the absolute best nail salon in the area! I have been going regularly for about 6 months and they have my loyalty! It is clean, the service is incredible and the owners and staff are enjoyable and professional. After visiting a significant number of local nail salons, I am so happy to have found Tip to Toes! Every other salon has disappointed - either the nail tech did a horrible job, the job was hurried because they took walk-ins 5 minutes before or during my appointment or I discovered they did not sanitize their tools (you would be amazed how many of the local salons do not sanitize their tools!!!). You will NOT experience any of these issues at Tip to Toes - the techs are highly skilled, they won't take walk-ins if there is an appointment that would interfere and they clean/sanitize their tools and the salon. Absolutely the best nail salon in Kerrville/Ingram/Hunt! I called ahead of time to see if they accept walk-ins since they are a new business and I wasn't sure - I was told yes, but I made an appointment just so we wouldn't have to wait. When we arrived for our appointment, we were greeted with such warm sincerity! A man (I presumed to be the owner) greeted us by name, his son got drinks for us, and two women performed our services. All interactions were extremely pleasant! We had wonderful conversations with the man and his son (maybe around 10 years old). They were such a joy to talk with. Truly the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! The service is above and beyond any expectations I could’ve had. no other establishment has treated us in such a way that we not only felt like welcomed guests, but honored and special. They even helped us celebrate my mom’s birthday without having to make a special request—that is just the kind of people they are!!!
