We spent the entire day on the 4th of July from 8 AM to almost 5 PM at this shop due to the road closure because of rescue efforts on highway 39. The morning was hard to process in so many ways but the kindness we experienced inside the shop gave the day a completely different tone. It became a place of peace in the midst of uncertainty, especially for our 4 year old daughter.
Camille, who was working that day, was incredible in every way. She played with our daughter, brought her small “crafts” to work on using creative odds and ends from around the shop, and even colored with her at our table. Her attentiveness and gentle spirit brought calm and joy to a little girl trying to understand a very different kind of Fourth of July—and to parents trying to offer her perspective through the heaviness.
She checked on us regularly, along with the other guests, creating a space that felt safe, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The shop itself is cozy and well decorated, and the coffee/food were both excellent—but it was the people and the atmosphere of compassion that made the experience so special.
We’ll always remember that day and the peace we found there. Lift is more than a coffee shop to us—it’s a place where we were safe and genuinely cared for.
We are thankful for Camille and the rest of your...

Staff service and knowledge have further improved and business feels more professionalized within the last year.
Coffee aficionados, remote works and family will all appreciate the cleanliness, amenities, comfort, service, food menu, coffee quality and menu, ambiance and setting.
It has taken time, like all good things do, and this coffee house has reached a pinnacle status for the area in my opinion. You will have to go to Fredericksburg, Johnson City, Dripping Springs or Austin to approach its caliber. Nice work y'all. 5-star.
2023: Beautiful setting and bold decor. Interior feels more like a boutique craft cocktail bar than a coffee house.
Staff is very friendly and responsive.
Drip coffee is underwhelming. Espresso is bitter and inconsistent. I've purchased here four times, and so want to see this succeed. The area desperately needs well-done coffee. Respectfully Id suggest consideration of other roasters and barista training.
Side note: The to-go cups/lids are so fancy (costly) and unlike anything I've ever been served in Austin and other large cities. That must eat into your...

Review:
I can't say enough about how amazing this coffee shop is! From the unique ambiance to the incredible coffee and pastries, it was a delightful experience.
The ambiance of this coffee shop is something truly special. It sets the perfect mood for a relaxing and enjoyable time. It's unlike any other coffee shop I've been to, making it stand out.
Now, let's talk about the best part—the coffee and pastries. I ordered a chai latte, and it was simply fantastic. The flavors were perfectly balanced, making it one of the best chai lattes I've ever had.
But the real star of the show was the pastries. I couldn't resist trying them all! From the mouthwatering blueberry muffin to the delectable Danish pastry and the fresh and amazing kolache, every bite was a taste of perfection. It's evident that they put a lot of care and attention into their pastries.
Overall, my visit to this coffee shop was a memorable one. If you're looking for a unique ambiance and exceptional coffee and pastries, this place is a must-visit. I can't wait to return and try more of their...
