I was asked if I had any special instructions for my laundry, and I gave clear directions: hang collared shirts and jerseys, fold everything else. I saw the employee enter these instructions into their system.
When I picked up my clothes, almost everything was on a hanger—including t-shirts, pants, tank tops, and thermals. This completely disregarded what I asked for. There were two reasons for my request: limited closet space and a wrist injury that makes folding difficult.
An older gentleman did listen to my concerns and attempted to fold the clothes, but the end result wasn’t professional or consistent with what I paid for.

Change machine gives dollar coins, so you don't have to use 16 or more quarters, just 4 or more coins. One very big machine, several large machines, and regular sized machines. Restrooms are clean.
