Simon's Appliance is a store we will return to in purchasing appliances. We were referred by a friend of a friend after unhelpful big box experiences and poor service by another competitor. We arrived broken and were helped by John. He had the answers to our fridge concerns. What a great sales person! We called upon Karen, office manager about another old fridge of ours that appeared to be not working. She too had the answers. Both folks in the office were courteous and so helpful. We can't give enough praise to Ray and Devon our installers. Very polite and on time. They installed our refrigerator, making all adjustments necessary. That was lacking in our last big box delivery. My Samsung refrigerator stopped working after less than 5 years, yesterday. I went into Simon's (they have been recommended a couple time over the years), and John had me set up with a great price on a new Frigidair refrigerator. He asked if I had all the food in a back up fridge and I advised him that I didn't have that available. He looked at the deliver schedule for the day, made some calls, and the new fridge arrived around 215p the same day. Installers Ray and Steven were informative, friendly, and took incredible care taking old the bad fridge and installing the new one. Wonderful experience from start to finish with Simon's Appliances. They are awesome! We were supposed to receive our new dryer yesterday but they had an issue with the previous install and had to reschedule for this morning. They called my wife to apologize multiple times. They arrived this morning and are almost done with the install in 1 1/2 hours! Devon and Nick are awesome and they deserve a raise!

Update on this. We received our Speed Queen washer last Monday. I have to say I couldn't be happier with these Speed Queen products. They are simple and easy to use. Don't need all of the buttons and lights. It's bitter sweet though because I don't have anymore more appliances to replace so no more visits from Devon and Nick! You guys and Simon's...
