We arrived at the IGH location Tuesday night. We ordered 2 burger meals to dine in. Upon receiving these meals we were given 2 completely wrong burgers. We had asked for one without cheese as my husband can't eat cheese and mine was an original burger without ketchup. I brought them back to tell them they were incorrect. They brought us out the 2nd ones which were also wrong. The "original" they brought me had lettuce, tomato, and mayo. All of which are not the correct toppings and my husband's, which was a bacon double, had barbecue sauce on it and no bacon. Cleary those making the orders don't know the menu and need more training. We did not bring these back up as we needed to get somewhere and didn't have time to wait for another wrong order to arrive. We are extremely disappointed in the service. The only person that was kind and helpful was the young kid that rang us up. When I brought back the burgers the girl that handled it was also extremely rude and just grabbed them rudely without a word. I ordered two blizzards and three hotdogs and I forgot to ask while ordering if they could put ketchup and mustard on the hotdogs, it must have taken 10-15 minutes between each car that was lined up, by the time we got to the window (which is the tiniest window in all the DQs by the way) I asked if they could put ketchup and mustard on the hotdogs and a man had the biggest tantrum about it, must have been the manager because all the girls just listened to him complain for five minutes about how much of a hassle it would be to put ketchup and mustard on a hotdog now that it’s inside the bag. How dare I ask for ketchup and mustard on food that I payed for. Even after we said okay to putting packets in the bag he still wouldn’t stop having his tantrum and kept complaining we asked. I get home and open the packets and try to apply them to my hotdogs but they must have expired because they wouldn’t even come out of the packets. That man/manager should be embarrassed. Read moreThe last two times we’ve been here has been the worst experience out of all the DQ’s we’ve been to. Last time, we went inside and waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. We ordered food and waited another 20 minutes before we got it. There were other customers coming and going, and one actually looked at us as him and his family were leaving and said “good luck”. Terrible customer service.
This time, we opted to go through the drive thru. The line moved fairly quickly, until the car in front of us was waiting on food for 15 minutes. In that time, the workers must have made our ice cream as when we got up to the window, our 3 blizzards were sitting there visibly dripping on the counter. It was so watery, I asked if they were able to remake it. They remade 1 of 3, but all of the workers were very rude and not understanding to us not wanting watery ice cream. When we got home we noticed we were given a smaller size than what we had paid for.
