TERRIBLE service!!!!!!! We ordered a decent amount of food here at our business in Inver Grove. We ordered a chicken philly and a steak and chicken philly mix. Our person went to get the food only to find out that they are out of chicken( never told us that on the phone) then she had to wait an extra 25-30 mins. I changed my order to a philly since they were out of chicken, but received a gyro. We also asked for sides of honey mustard and never received them. Also, the broasted chicken was supposed to come with coleslaw and conveniently we didn't receive it. When asked to fix the mistake we were placed on hold, so I gave up and hung up. Tonight my 2yr old daughter and I went into J's fish & chicken and I had a really great experience. I was Greeted right away by this woman who took my order, but not only that, the woman even acknowledged my daughter and engaged with her, this woman was very kind and we talked for a bit while I waited for my food. I then got my food and told her to have a great evening. When I got home to my surprise she had put a slice of chocolate cake in my bag with my food. I thought that was the sweetest thing! This place is a great place 👌🏻 to eat has a very pleasant atmosphere! I recommend this place to all! And to the lady at the store bless your heart my daughter loved the cake...
