If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacist is so incredibly rude its almost unbelievable. She hung up on me Sunday after telling me my doctor messed up my prescription so they wouldn't fill it, and how it wasn't their problem. She has a constant condescending attitude, and when I went back today, she tried to argue with me about my doctor not calling to correct the prescription, when she absolutely did. Then she realized she was wrong, and proceeded to tell me in EXACT QUOTES "Ohh so I guess you think your doctor runs this place?" Then told me it wouldn't be ready for another 40 minutes. She then basically call me a liar, when I told her I called in yesterday and the prompt stated it was ready for pick up. She claimed I never called, when again I absolutely did. This woman is so atrociously rude to customers I have no idea how she's still employed there.
And the hold time for the phone is ridiculous. I've called numerous times to check on my prescription, and every single time.. I'm waiting on hold for a minimum of 30+ mins. It is unacceptable that a 30 minute hold time, is standard at...
Read moreIf you want a prime example of poor time management this is your place. I put in a refill request at 6am assuming my prescription would be ready by the time I got there at 2:50 pm. I was told they were just now filling my prescription and to take a seat and it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. 30 minutes go by and I get a text message stating my prescription was ready. I then waited in line another 30 minutes to get to the register to get my prescription. The worst part is that that this seems to be the norm for this location so you can't really blame covid.
A) What is the point in telling people to take a seat and wait 15 to 20 minutes when you aren't going to let them know you're done filling their prescription. B) What is the point of the app if you're not going to fill the prescription until the individual shows up. this is not my first time with this issue. C) If you have 5+ people working in the back, a line of 10+ people and one person working the register why not have someone bop up and help customers.

Read moreWhen things go right - its really a great surprise. They have friendly workers, that always try to assist. BUT something is wrong with this location. They need like double the staff. They're constantly back logged on filling orders. They must have a problem getting notifications out too. Because every time we go, 3 people are in line just asking if this or that is ready yet. Whenever we call, its 3 or more people are waiting ahead of you. And it takes 20+ Mins to get through.
When the inside is slow - they have 2 people manning the counter and just stand idle. Meanwhile one person on drive through is slammed. Open up both them drive through terminals.
If you can - use a different pharmacy, it'll save you grief in...
