When I heard that a Honduran restaurant was opening no more than 5 minutes from my house, I thought it was fate. The only other Honduran restaurant in MN was in Shakopee, family friends of ours, but they closed down a few years ago. I grew up on Honduran food and I saw myself ordering often from here. Several notes on this meal: On the delivery app, a baleada is listed as having beans, sour cream, avocado, and cheese- with scrambled eggs and protein as extra. My baleada did not have avocado. That made me sad but the baleada was alright regardless. The Honduran spaghetti was decent. Not as good as my mom's but it wasn't bad. But I was so confused as to why the beans were so dry and the slab of cheese wasn't Honduran queso frijolero. This cheese seemed like folded up swiss. Maybe I'm ignorant of a certain regional type of cheese. But it did not go well with the dry frijoles. I really wanted to like this place and I will visit again to try the tajadas and other menu items. I hope today was just an off day. I look forward to having a better experience next time.

Honduras Kitchen offers an amazing dining experience! The food is bursting with authentic flavors, and the service is always friendly and welcoming. From the perfectly seasoned carne asada to the refreshing micheladas, everything is absolutely delicious. The portions are generous, and the attention to detail in every dish shows their passion for Honduran cuisine. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to try something unique and flavorful. Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to!

My new absolute favorite restaurant for Honduran food! Everyone is always super friendly and the food is authentic and delicious. I've had the pollo con tajadas (fried chicken and plantains) and their seafood soup. SO GOOD! I want to eventually try everything on the menu. If you want soup, you have to ask the server what they have because they don't have soups listed on menu since it varies by day.

Food here is delicious and authentic. Family owned by Honduran/Mexican family. A couple of tips though - they soak most of their Honduran dishes in salsa roja (red tomato sauce) and adereso (dressing) - ask for it on the side so you can pour on the amount you like! Also - the cheese on the baleadas is REALLY strong - ask for a different cheese- or no cheese- if you can’t handle strong cheeses. And they take some time to prepare the food, but most of it is made-to-order, like they make the flour tortillas for the baleadas fresh for every one ordered. Also it is an Event space! Good for Quinceneras, birthdays, weddings, corporate events. AND they serve beer, wine, and liquor! Yes,...

First time trying this place and can honestly say the service was terrible. We were there for almost 2 hours. The waiter barely came to check in how we were doing. The only good thing was the fried fish plate. Our other 3 menu items that we ordered were cold by the time it got to us. We waited for our food about 45 minutes or so. The platazo catracho was definitely overpriced for the amount that you get. It’s suppose to feed 3 people (literally feeds only 1). The tacos were good even tho they were cold but the salsa that they serve you with them was fracturing process. Nothing like...
