Okay so the place LOOKS sketchy as all get out, but inside the employees are great, if you just want to buy your whatever and get out with as little eye contact as possible they aren't going to force a conversation, on the other hand if you want to stop replacing your $15 dollar vibrator every 4 months they can lead you through the selection with knowledge and professionalism.

The selection of items is very much defined as "What you can't get in the Mall" if it's at Victoria's Secret (lingerie), Hot Topic(costumes), Spencer's Gifts(super cheap vanilla toys), etc. then there is only going to be a token selection. Most of the selection is dildos, butt stuff, masturbators and vibrators all of mid range and up. All the battery operated toys are tested in front of you at time of purchase so you know they won't be D.O.A. and that takes the sting out of the no return policy quite a bit. The only real problems aren't their fault, the store is packed full and could really use a new building or location but the city is run by a bunch of prudes who only tolerate it because it's been grandfathered in, every other new adult store in the area gets run out of town in a year or two and there have...

Bought a gift for my girlfriend but was not sure if she would be into it or not. I asked if I would be able to return it if needed and the sales lady (Amanda) told me that I would be able to return it if unopened . Well, my girlfriend didn't like it so I came back with the completely unopened package and I was told now that I can return it for store credit only. I get if I hadn't asked or if it was explained that it could only be returned for credit, but neither of those things happened and this is just horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, bought a dancer pole set that was supposed to be pink and is not,supposed to come with all hardware which the box says it does and does not,telling us we can't return it because of health code but proceed to tell us we can bring it back and exchange it for different products in the store,this place is a joke and would recommend not wasting your time on this crappy place,not to mention they always have creepy old guys that just stand around and stare at people making them feel...
