Mixed feelings about this store owner. I purchased my washer and dryer at this store for the first time. Everything was great during the purchase process and the owner David was in constant communication with me about the details and such. However, when the washing machine and the dryer got installed in my house, the installers noticed a small dent on the washing machine and I noticed a small paint chip off on the side of it. Upon our mutual agreement, David reimbursed me for the damages and said he would provide the paint to spot it. Well, I have been trying to get hold of him about the paint, and he is neither replying nor returning my phone calls. Small things...

I must say by far the best customer service . We purchased new washer and dryer set for our new home and we made the mistake of not measuring . Jones delivered it and it did not fit in doorway of laundry room even after taking door off . I thought it was lost money but these kind people understood and not only took them back from exchange after we opened them but found us the right size and are delivering them within 30 minutes. Ives always shopped small to support local and I will always continue to do so....

They were very helpful in finding the clothes dryer we needed. We didn't need top of the line, so they helped find what features I wanted. They delivered, installed, and removed the old one, things we needed to have done (not mechanically inclined). The deliverers were great.
