I got off work late coming from Chapin and didn't think I would have time to get a haircut with it being 10 till 7:00. When I pulled up I saw that the open sign was still on. I walked to the door and asked is it too late to get a haircut? They said no come on in. If you walked in at 6:59 we would still give you a haircut. The lady replied. She brought me back to her booth after checking me in and confirmed the style of haircut. She also made some great suggestions so I figured I would try something new. Before I had seen the style she recommended but didn't know if I could pull it off but she insisted that it would look great so I let her work her magic. She was very precise and detailed. I'm guessing she has a lot of experience because when she finished I look like a totally different guy. I have to say this is my best experience I've ever had at Great clips, not only the customer service and actually staying open and accepting people till 7:00 like the sign says just about every other Great clips. I've been turned away anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes till closing. I will be back to this location from now on because of what a great experience I had...

I went on December 30th to get my hair trimmed and thinned because I've been trying to grown my hair out and I had a coupon with this store. The lady asked if she could give me layers, which I said was fine cause I've had layers before and they turned out fine and I did not think she would take off a lot of hair. I ended up having to go to another hair salon to get my hair fixed cause she did short layers on the top of my head, didn't touch the bottom, and did not thin the top of my head, just the back, and took off a good 6 plus inches of my hair!! My hair was down to my shoulder blades and now barely touches my shoulders! I will NEVER go back here gain. It took me a year to grow my hair out and I now look...

They're all nice, but I would never go back. The lady cut my hair a good 4 inches shorter than I wanted.. Even after me explaining very carefully what I wanted done and showing her pictures. When I said something about it, her response was "You had split ends and it looks better now".. I was in tears.. In the weeks following my hair cut I was still very unhappy with the shape and I kept finding long strands that were missed. When I went to get it fixed by another salon the lady cutting my hair said it was the worst haircut she had ever seen in her 10 years of being a hair dresser. Everything was uneven.
