This establishment is clean, organized, and the staff are always very friendly. I would give 5 stars, except the fact that Monday through Friday, the staff do not even show up until 9:30 sometimes. It becomes quite inconvenient when, working in a restaurant, and needing to purchase some things for the bar or even recipes needing to be cooked, you have to guess or check back to see when the staff is actually present. The lady that operates the establishment on Saturdays is always on time. Therefore, I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the inconsistency of when the the place opens on a day to day basis becomes quite annoying… otherwise, this...
