Whoever does their online customer service is super rude, defensive and unhelpful. It took 5 days for a response where it said “I don’t sell used jellycats”. There was no “I’m sorry this isn’t like our company how can we make it better”.. this customer service is awful. I only reached out because my item has a legitimate hole in its head (it’s a stuffed animal; they won’t offer a replacement only a refund if I ship the defective item back. They also won’t give you a label for any of your returns so make sure you read their return policy first (I made that error). I’ve ordered jellycats from other places (I love to give them to friends) and I’ve never had a problem like this or the poor customer service...
