KJ's Market — Local services in Irmo

Horrible service and very disrespectful staff members at the "St Andrew's" store in South Carolina! There cashiers are very disrespectful one called me "poor white trash" because I couldn't pay for all of my groceries I didn't have enough on my snap card he had an afro and smelled like weed! and that girl with the glasses who was suppose to be in training Co signed his remark by laughing at it! I'm not the most well off person but I do not deserve that kind of treatment! None of the store managers were around at the time I tried to contact them but that girl at the desk kept hanging up on me everytime I asked to speak to one of the managers I think she knew it was me calling! She was a young black girl with glasses kinda heavy set built if you ever see her dont go to her at all or that Store period! Plus I seen a couple of rats running down the food isles smh they need to really fix that Store I use to love shopping there and my friends! I would not advise anyone to shop there! Also there assistant store manager said to me after finally reaching her that I was just an irrate customer and I heard the wrong stuff and I was lying! That Store is horribly managed and I feel insulted I'm putting in a personal complaint to there...

I normally don't frequent this store because I do the majority of my shopping elsewhere (closer to my residence and more conducive to my budget). However, a friend of mine shops IGA and advised me that they had some sales on some things I needed. I didn't realize that KJ's and IGA had the same sales. I did find the specific sale items I was looking for but was a bit disappointed as some of the other staples I wanted they either didn't carry, weren't in stock or were just too expensive for my budget. The store was clean and the employees and manager were courteous and seemingly friendly. The only reason they didn't get more than three stars is because I am a lazy shopper who is on a budget. If I cannot get all or at least the vast majority of my shopping done in one place I tend to skip the store...

This is the worst store ever!! The manager Mr. Willie is horrible!! He doesn’t know how to talk to people or provide good customer service. I’m a Publix shopper where shopping is a pleasure, but needed something quickly. I was in line to purchase some cooking oil and it rang up a different price, so the cashier called for a manager and that’s when Mr. Willie came and I showed him where I got it from. He said it was in the wrong place and customers move things all the time. That’s not my fault it was in the wrong place! I should have gotten it for the price that the products were at.
