Very, very, disappointed!!! I order take out and my order was 3 dozen of large male blue crabs steamed in old bay and 2 shrimp plates steamed in old bay... But what I got when I got home was 2 shrimp plates of shrimp in butter and garlic and 3 dozen of females with 5 makes not much bigger then my chap stick... These crabs shouldn't even been legal to keep and I have pictures to prove it... The sad part was I surprised my boyfriend with these because he's a combat veteran with PTSD and we can not attend the fire works events because of his PTSD and what a perfect way to surprise him was surprise him with his favorite food to thank him for his service to his country!! WRONG!! I was so embarrassed and I paid these people $117.00 for nothing... No wonder they want payment upfront because they rip people OFF!!! Shame on this company!! To bad I can't post the pictures!! Adding to the review: I did get a half of a refund but when I went in to get my refund they made me feel very uncomfortable like I did something wrong... I should have requested a full refund but I'm not that kind of person... I still will never do any business with these people at any of...
Read moreThe food truck was parked outside of Sam’s Club. We ordered our crab and shrimp tray after we shopped because, based on our experience with food trucks, they’re usually pretty quick at getting food out. After almost an hour of waiting in our car with no call, I asked the cashier when our order would be ready. After walking away without saying anything to us, she comes back and said it was placed at 1:22 (only 20 minutes prior), and there were still eight orders ahead of ours. About five minutes later, we got the call that our food was ready. The receipt said our order was placed at 12:53, so I’m not sure why the cashier lied to us. The amount of food we got for the price wasn’t a lot, but we were willing to splurge if it was good food. The shrimp was overcooked, and the seasoning was just okay. Overall, not a good experience. Over an hour wait for a food truck...
Read moreThis was possibly the most bizarre dining experience I've ever had. We came to eat lunch for my birthday. spent $65 for seafood. It was served in styrofoam containers and plastic forks. How do you eat crab legs with a plastic fork? The crab legs were so fishy tasting that no one would eat them. We also got shrimp and grits and holy cow, they were amazing. The fried lobster tail was meh. Everything that was battered had way too much old bay seasoning on it. It was so salty! The worst part was that they were playing a violent R rated movie on tv and I had to hide my kids eyes when these dudes were getting shot in the head. All while trying to eat lunch. And people were complaining about having to wait so long for their food. When we ordered, they had to go in the back and make sure that there were any lobster tails left to cook. I won't eat...
