Gorilla Gadgets — Local services in Irvine

Placed an order to this company on 1/4/21 through walmart.com (third party), payment accepted, taken., and I was given an order number. 1/5/21, ordered was cancelled by company.

Alleged reason for cancellation; company told walmart.com orders can not be shipped, this usually happens if its a post office box, military address, or outside of the U.S.

This was false and just a bold lie! Per company website/policy, if an address is allegedly flagged as invalid (have not ever had an issue with my address before, with walmart and various companies, ect) the company will attempt to contact a customer via phone/email if a customers information is provided, if a customer can not be reached, after 2 business days, company will cancel your order. Fair enough

WOW! In today’s digital day-of-age I rarely find a company that gets real customer service right as well as Gorilla Gadgets LLC does. I mean, these guys are AMAZING! They are so helpful and friendly whenever I need help of any kind. When I call or email, they answer or get back with me quickly. They’re always in a great mood, happy, and it’s honestly contagious! I’ve bought so many products and services from companies that just don’t do what they say they’ll do. But with Gorilla Gadgets LLC, that’s just not the case. From the beginning of our relationship they have delivered time and time again. And, they continue to do EXACTLY what they say they will do. Their service is amazing, my results have been above what I expected, and I can’t think of anything they could do to make my experience better. ...

This company has a great foundation as far as location for initial distribution with small parcel, assuming they have mail innovations as their primary carrier due to weight and dimensions for their products I would have expected a quicker fulfillment time regardless of volume. Nonetheless I would like to accolade them for the support team answering customers in a speedy matter. If possible I’d like to have a quick meet to share both of our utilization’s and operations as E-Com companies as I feel it would be beneficial to both parties to gain knowledge of what each and every DC has to offer.
