Working with Jump N Bounce was a fantastic experience! I co-chaired a mother/son carnival night for our school and Mary helped me pick out and secure some great games that the school administration actually approved of (If you’ve ever worked with public school admin you know what I’m talking about). She was communicative and prompt, even when I wasn’t. She was truly awesome to work with. Additionally, our drop off team (Eli and his partner) gave me an accurate 30 minute pre-arrival call, were on time, and were super polite and helpful. The inflatables were even better in person than they were in pictures and they were super clean and so fun! At the end of the night, Eli and his partner came to pick up everything and they were just as great. Overall, the carnival was a huge success and the inflatable games, popcorn machine and lawn games were a major reason why. There are lots of rental companies out there but Jump N Bounce goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need, when you need it, with outstanding support...

The delivery team arrived promptly and set up the inflatables with utmost professionalism. The staff including Mary and Daniel were incredibly courteous and wonderful to work with.

The inflatables themselves were an absolute hit! The bounce house was clean, vibrant, and well-maintained. It was a joy to see the kids' faces light up with excitement as they jumped and played throughout the day. The kids especially enjoyed all of the waterslides since it was over 90 degrees! Even some of the adults took advantage of cooling off!

The pickup process was equally smooth and hassle-free. The team arrived promptly and efficiently disassembled the inflatables, leaving no mess behind.

I cannot thank the staff enough for making our event such a huge success! If you're looking to add some inflatable fun to your event, this company is the way to go! I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and fantastic inflatable experience. Five stars...

We just have a New Year Family party! Setting up a bouncing house at the party is indeed a brilliant decision we have ever made. The staffs were super friendly and helpful from setting up to tearing down, and they did everything for us even wiping up the inside. All the kids were excited and had unforgettable memories, they played together, chilled each other from 2:30pm till midnight and nobody want to go back home. Even the teenage kids were enjoying the jumping and they created many physical games when jumping inside. What an awesome party! 🎉 No kids sticked to the devices, TV, smart phones, and any video games during the party because of the bouncing house! What an amazing! Highly recommend Jump N Bounce!
