We hired Play Soft for my daughters first birthday and I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Stephanie. Communication was key! After I submitted an inquiry online through the website, I received a response within minutes and a proposal the next morning. Working with Stephanie was easy. She answered all my emails in a timely manner. I even changed my mind on the color package I originally requested a few days before our event and she was so accommodating.

The play soft area was a hit with our guests; little ones and adults. Having a dedicated safe space for the little ones to play in was great. We rented a 10x12 package and it had so many different items for them to explore. All the items were very clean and well kept. We did put a 12x12 easy-up over the area to keep the items from getting hot in the sun.

Stephanie was awesome! She was super responsive and accommodating. She arrived exactly when she said she would for set up/pick up - which is amazing when throwing a kids birthday party. Everything was super clean and the quality was great. The entire set up was a HIT among the kiddos - will definitely call again for the next party!

Review Update (1/31/2024): As mentioned above...I did end up calling Stephanie for our next party :) I originally had Stephanie and Play Soft do my daughter's 1st bday party back in 2022. And once again, they did an amazing job at my son's 1st birthday party this year! Stephanie was extremely communicative and clear. The items were clean and the set up was smooth and flawless. Play Soft was perfect for my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. Submitting an inquiry was super simple and easy through the website. Stephanie (the owner) was very responsive and informative. I had a couple questions before wanting to move forward with a contract, and Stephanie was very helpful in pointing me to some inspiration photos. I rented the white castle jumper as well as the ball pit with slide. Set up and pick up was timely and smooth. The equipment itself was clean, in good condition, and looked great in the party space. The kids had a blast and loved playing with the jumper and ball bit. I’ve already recommended Play Soft to my sister as well as my friend for their kids’ birthdays.
